In the autumn of 1992, a young soldier named Jason Roger Jeffers, aged 19, was serving his country at Schofield Barracks in Hawaii. On the evening of November 5th, he was last seen. Accounts of his last known moments vary slightly; he was reportedly walking away from the barracks, possibly heading from the mail room towards the barracks or the Base Exchange.
