In the late summer of 2017, a young man named Jacob Niles vanished after traveling from California to the island of Maui in Hawaii. At 24 years old, Jacob was described as being six feet tall, weighing around 170 pounds, with red or auburn hair and hazel eyes. He had previously lived in the area and was known to spend time in the upcountry region of Maui.
