Rakeem Malik Estrella-Clark Dobson, 24, disappeared on October 11, 2021, while at Makapu'u Beach on the eastern side of Oahu, Hawaii. He was swept off a rocky ledge into the ocean while in an area known for tide pools. Dobson was briefly seen about 100 feet from shore but then disappeared into the strong currents.
