Robert Gallagher, a 31-year-old man from Kahuku, Hawaii, was last seen on November 2, 2020. On that day, he was reportedly acting erratically and was transported to Kahuku Medical Center for evaluation. However, Gallagher left the hospital before receiving any treatment. His last known sighting occurred shortly after, when a resident saw him attempting to enter a nearby house. His body surfing fins were found on the ground nearby, marking the last confirmed sighting of him.
