Francisco Pangelinan, 85, was last seen on May 15, 2023, in Kapolei, Hawaii. He suffers from dementia, which has made his disappearance particularly concerning for his family. Surveillance footage captured Francisco crossing Kapolei Parkway from the Home Depot towards the Costco parking lot.
