Jeffery Popa, a 37-year-old man from Waianae, Hawaii, was last seen on July 21, 1992. At the time of his disappearance, Popa's case generated little information regarding the circumstances surrounding his last known movements. His family reported him missing after realizing they had not heard from him, and since then, no trace of Popa has been found.
