In the early morning hours of April 8, 2016, the life of 30-year-old Jesus Emmanuel Santos was tragically cut short in Tucson, Arizona. Pima County Sheriff's deputies responded to a call of a shooting in the 3200 block of East Alvord Road at approximately 4:20 a.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered Santos with gunshot wounds.
