In the quiet of a Phoenix evening, 32-year-old Horacio De Jesus Peña was returning home from a day's work on June 3, 2016, his life tragically cut short in a sudden act of violence. As he neared his residence in the area of Indian School Road and 67th Avenue, he was fatally shot and found in the roadway.
