In a home in Phoenix, Arizona, on the evening of Sunday, May 22, 2022, a young man’s life was cut short in what police have described as a tragic accident. Eighteen-year-old Brian Lujan was with his friend, Sergio Lopez Ruiz, at a residence near 71st Avenue and Thomas Road. The two friends were handling a firearm belonging to Ruiz when the gun discharged.
