On a Saturday morning in Phoenix, Arizona, the life of 30-year-old Samuel Casas was tragically cut short. On August 7, 2021, while in his vehicle near the intersection of Seventh Avenue and Bell Road in the northern part of the city, he was shot during a robbery. Emergency responders found him with life-threatening injuries, and despite being rushed to a hospital, he did not survive.
