The report was filed after his family discovered his vehicle abandoned at the Guion boat ramp in Guion, Arkansas, a small community in Izard County.
Adding to the mystery, his yellow kayak was also noted to be missing from the location. This discovery prompted an immediate response from law enforcement, initiating a search for the missing man.
The Independence County Sheriff's Office launched an investigation into Bryant Calvert's disappearance.
