On June 27, 2016, a tragic incident occurred in central Phoenix, Arizona, resulting in the death of 16-year-old Brandon Ramirez. According to police reports, Ramirez was handling a firearm with a 15-year-old friend when the gun accidentally discharged. The shot hit Ramirez in the stomach.
