On October 10, 2019, at approximately 1:03 a.m., a fatal shooting occurred at a residence near 67th Avenue and Camelback Road in a west Phoenix neighborhood. The victim, identified as 30-year-old Luis G. Esquivel Macias, was found dead inside his home. The incident involved multiple suspects who forced entry into the residence, where they shot and killed Macias before fleeing the scene.
