In the late hours of a summer night in Glendale, Arizona, a routine chore turned tragic for Robert Jacobson. Between 9:00 p.m. on Friday, July 7, 2017, and 12:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 8, 2017, Jacobson was at a car wash situated in the area of 59th Avenue and Missouri Avenue.
