In the late hours of a summer night in Glendale, Arizona, a routine chore turned tragic for Robert Jacobson. Between 9:00 p.m. on Friday, July 7, 2017, and 12:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 8, 2017, Jacobson was at a car wash situated in the area of 59th Avenue and Missouri Avenue. As he was tending to his vehicle in one of the vacuuming stalls, an unknown individual or individuals fatally shot him.
