On the night of January 30, 2016, 19-year-old Jose Aguirre-Martinez was caught in a tragic burst of violence that ended his life. He was attending a house party in Glendale, Arizona, when gunfire erupted, turning a night of socializing into a scene of chaos and bloodshed.
