On January 30, 2016, Jose Aguirre-Martinez, a 19-year-old resident of Scottsdale, Arizona, was fatally shot at a house party in Glendale, Arizona. The incident occurred near 67th and Missouri avenues around 3:30 a.m. The party, which was attended by approximately 80 to 100 teenagers and young adults, turned violent after a verbal altercation.
