An 18-year-old Hispanic woman named Norma Luna, from Las Vegas, was killed in a drive-by shooting in a northern Phoenix neighborhood on the night of October 21, 2017. Luna was a passenger in a vehicle with two or three other individuals when another vehicle pulled up alongside them. The driver of the second vehicle fired multiple shots into the car Luna was in.
