An evening in Phoenix turned tragic on April 22, 2022, when 35-year-old Nissa Thomas, a female, was killed in a shooting. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. in the area of 26th Avenue and Cactus Road. When Phoenix police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered two individuals with gunshot wounds.
