In the quiet neighborhood of Ahwatukee in Phoenix, Arizona, the morning of January 5, 2022, was shattered by a tragic act of violence. Monique Kistner, a 60-year-old woman of Dutch-Indonesian heritage, was killed in her own home. A vibrant and caring individual, she was known for her bubbly personality and her deep love for her family and community.
