Moises Estrada, a 33-year-old resident of East Palo Alto, California, tragically lost his life on December 28, 2021. The incident occurred in the early morning hours when police officers responded to a ShotSpotter activity report at approximately 7:57 a.m. in the 1600 block of Bay Road.
