On a summer day in Phoenix, Arizona, a welfare check on July 2, 2014, led to a gruesome discovery that marked the beginning of a baffling and brutal murder case. Inside a home in the vicinity of 34th Avenue and St. John Road, police found the bodies of 64-year-old Barbara Singer, a White female, and her 81-year-old husband, William Singer.
