In the early morning hours of December 12, 2017, in Tucson, Arizona, the life of 23-year-old Jacob Edward Luna was tragically cut short. Just before 1:00 a.m., authorities were called to the 700 block of East Pastime Road, near the intersection of North First Avenue and East Prince Road. There, in the parking lot of a small apartment complex, they discovered Luna inside a vehicle, having sustained obvious gunshot trauma.
