On March 8, 2018, 18-year-old Yocelyn Ozuna Ortega was found deceased in her residence on Tucson’s Southside. The incident occurred just before 10:00 p.m. when Tucson Police officers responded to a report of a possible deceased female in the 400 block of East Teton Road, near W. Valencia Rd. and S. Nogales Hwy. Upon arrival, officers found Yocelyn with obvious signs of gunshot trauma, and she was pronounced deceased at the scene.
