In the holiday season of 2022, a tragic and senseless act of violence cut short the life of 21-year-old Jada Thompson in Tucson, Arizona. On the evening of December 24th, what began as a simple drive turned into a fatal encounter. While traveling northbound on North Swan Road, near East Speedway Boulevard, Jada was involved in a traffic-related dispute with another vehicle. The altercation escalated in the worst way imaginable when an occupant of the other car opened fire, striking Jada.
