On December 23, 2017, a tragic incident occurred in Tucson, Arizona, resulting in the death of 19-year-old Jasmine Vega. Vega, who was pregnant at the time, was shot in a drive-by shooting. When emergency crews arrived at the scene, they found Vega unconscious with obvious gunshot trauma. Despite immediate medical aid, Vega succumbed to her injuries.
