On a summer evening in Tucson, Arizona, the life of 20-year-old Sabrina Marie Arvizu was cut tragically short. On June 1, 2020, just after 10:00 p.m., a sense of alarm filled a neighborhood on the south side of the city. First responders received a distress call reporting that a female had been struck by gunfire at a residence in the 700 block of W. Columbia Street.
