On that Sunday morning, before 10 a.m., officers from the Tucson Police Department were called to a business on South 12th Avenue to investigate a homicide. Inside, they made a grim discovery: the bodies of Yvette Gutierrez and another woman, 42-year-old Sawsan Toma. Both women had been fatally shot and were pronounced deceased at the scene.
