On December 23, 2018, a tragic incident occurred in Phoenix, Arizona, resulting in the deaths of 36-year-old Jocelyn Casdorph and her husband, 47-year-old Victor Issa. Police responded to a home near Seventh Avenue and Bell Road to conduct a welfare check on the couple. Upon arriving, officers forced their way into the residence and found both Casdorph and Issa deceased.
