In the spring of 2019, the life of 29-year-old Joshua Jose Miguel Juarez, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short in Glendale, Arizona. On the evening of May 4th, at approximately 9:45 p.m., police responded to a shots-fired call in the vicinity of 65th and Glendale avenues. The alert was triggered by ShotSpotter, a gunfire detection system, which pinpointed the location of the incident.
Arriving at the scene, officers discovered Juarez deceased in the driver's seat of his gray sedan, having sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
