In the spring of 2019, the life of 29-year-old Joshua Jose Miguel Juarez, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short in Glendale, Arizona. On the evening of May 4th, at approximately 9:45 p.m., police responded to a shots-fired call in the vicinity of 65th and Glendale avenues.
