In the spring of 2019, a road rage incident in Glendale, Arizona, escalated into a tragedy that cut short the life of 18-year-old Alexander John Pettygrove. On Saturday, April 13th, Pettygrove was in a vehicle with a friend near 67th and Peoria avenues when a verbal altercation began with another driver.
