On the evening of October 8, 2016, in Glendale, Arizona, the life of 18-year-old Juan Antonio Diaz was tragically cut short. The young man, a male, was near a strip mall in the 6500 block of Bethany Home Road when the sound of gunshots pierced the night air. Glendale police officers, who happened to be in the vicinity on an unrelated matter, heard the shots and quickly responded to the scene.
