Ray Diego Watkins, a 53-year-old resident of Glendale, Arizona, passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2020. Born on March 19, 1966, in Rocky Ford, Colorado, to Ronald and Diana Watkins, Ray had established a life and business in Glendale.
