Murdered

Richard Ulibarri, a 49-year-old resident of Tucson, Arizona, lost his life on July 18, 2020, due to a violent incident. When deputies arrived at the scene of a shooting on the southside of Tucson, they found Ulibarri with obvious signs of trauma. Despite the immediate response, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The incident involved more than one victim, although Ulibarri was the only fatality. A second victim was also present but survived the attack.
