In the early morning hours of July 18, 2020, the life of 49-year-old Richard Ulibarri, a White/Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in a violent encounter on the south side of Tucson, Arizona. Deputies from the Pima County Sheriff's Department were dispatched to a mobile home park located at 4444 E. Benson Highway around 3:30 a.m. following reports of gunfire. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Ulibarri with evident signs of trauma. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
