On September 18, 2020, a double homicide occurred in the midtown area of Tucson, Arizona, resulting in the deaths of 21-year-old Manaury Acevedo and 20-year-old Javier Araiza Lugo. The incident was reported around 9:00 p.m. in the area of South Dodge Boulevard and East March Place.
