Mikayla Sofia Ballesteros, a 23-year-old resident of Phoenix, Arizona, died on April 10, 2021, due to multiple gunshot wounds. The incident occurred when a vehicle, in which Ballesteros was a passenger, crashed into a Phoenix home. Upon arrival, officers found Ballesteros suffering from the gunshot wounds, and she was subsequently transported to an area hospital where she was later pronounced dead.
