In the fall of 2013, a house party on the southwest side of Phoenix turned into a scene of violence that claimed the life of 19-year-old Nora Osman. On the night of November 9th, as the party near Southern and 53rd avenues was winding down, chaos erupted when occupants of a red Cadillac opened fire. Osman was standing on a corner when the shots were fired, and she was struck.
