On April 25, 2021, 20-year-old Gloria Marina Zermeno was tragically killed in Phoenix, Arizona. Officers responded to a shooting call around 1 a.m. near 43rd Avenue and Thomas Road, where they found Zermeno lying in the parking lot of the Funny Farm Lounge with a gunshot wound. She succumbed to her injuries before she could be transported to a hospital.
