On February 20, 2017, a tragic incident occurred in Phoenix, Arizona, involving the deaths of Iveth Susana Chavez, 33, and her husband, Oliver Olague-Acosta, 34. The couple's four children, aged between 1 and 15 years old, were present at the time of the incident. One of the children called 9-1-1 after hearing an argument and gunshots.
