On the evening of March 22, 2023, in Phoenix, Arizona, a burst of gunfire shattered the night, leaving a woman dead and a community searching for answers. The victim was identified as Amber Lee Woodby, a 35-year-old female. The fatal shooting occurred at approximately 8:11 p.m. in the area of 800 West Madison Street.
