Amy Jo Jacobelli Malobicky, a 54-year-old native of Jeannette, Pennsylvania, was fatally shot on March 24, 2022, at her home in Phoenix, Arizona. The incident involved her husband, Paul A. Fratella, 43, who was subsequently arrested and charged with homicide.
