In the spring of 2021, a dispute over a seemingly trivial item escalated into a fatal encounter for 69-year-old Hubert Moore, a resident of Glendale, Arizona. On the evening of March 19th, Glendale patrol officers were dispatched to an apartment complex near 59th Avenue and Bethany Home Road following a 911 call reporting a shooting.
