In the evening hours of May 4, 2021, a burst of gunfire shattered the quiet of a Phoenix, Arizona apartment complex parking lot, leaving a young man's life cut tragically short. Devon Cole Bishop, a 20-year-old male, was walking through the complex located in the area of 5500 N. 17th Avenue when an altercation occurred. In the ensuing confrontation, Bishop was shot.
