In the winter of 2015, the life of Raymon Steven Moore, a 27-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short in Phoenix, Arizona. On the night of January 31st, Moore was fatally shot in what was reported as a nightclub slaying. The incident prompted an investigation by the Phoenix police, who at the time were actively searching for the person or persons responsible for the shooting.
