In the early morning hours of July 16, 2022, the life of 16-year-old Kevin Sotelo Enriquez was tragically cut short in Phoenix, Arizona. The young man, identified as Black/African American, was discovered deceased in the driver's seat of his car near the intersection of 27th Avenue and Bethany Home Road.
