In the early morning hours of July 16, 2022, the life of 16-year-old Kevin Sotelo Enriquez was tragically cut short in Phoenix, Arizona. The young man, identified as Black/African American, was discovered deceased in the driver's seat of his car near the intersection of 27th Avenue and Bethany Home Road. Phoenix police responded to calls of gunshots in the area around 4:30 a.m. and found a vehicle that had sustained damage from gunfire.
