In the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix, Arizona, on January 1, 2022, a young Hispanic man named Eduardo Roman Castillo, 23, was shot and killed. The incident occurred at an apartment complex situated near the intersection of 34th Street and Chandler Boulevard at approximately 4:00 p.m.
