On March 13, 1995, Kevin Earl Bullock, along with Parran Holley, was tragically shot and killed inside a black 1979 Cadillac Deville in the 2600 block of 3rd Street, NE, Washington, D.C. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to the scene, and the incident was classified as a double homicide.
