On the night of May 21, 2022, in north Phoenix, Timothy Eubanks, a 38-year-old Black / African American male from Phoenix, was shot near the intersection of 29th Street and Bell Road after police received reports of a shooting in the area at around 11 p.m. Responding officers found him with an apparent gunshot wound, and emergency medical personnel transported him to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
