In the early morning hours of June 8, 2022, a dispute in the Alhambra neighborhood of Phoenix, Arizona, turned fatal, leaving 33-year-old Devion Oliver, a Black male, dead from a gunshot wound. The incident unfolded around 7:30 a.m. near 22nd Avenue and Heatherbrae Drive.
