In a tragic turn of events on the night of June 15, 2022, Ian Robert Stutterheim, a 25-year-old male, was killed in Flagstaff, Arizona. The incident unfolded as a domestic violence episode that ended in a murder-suicide. Police were dispatched to a residence on West Kaibab Lane around 9:39 p.m. following a report of trespassing. Upon arrival, an officer heard a woman's screams coming from inside the home.
