In the quiet city of Flagstaff, Arizona, a young man's life was abruptly cut short on the evening of March 12, 2023. That night, reports of gunshots in the area of Industrial Drive and Fourth Street prompted a response from the Flagstaff Police Department. Upon their arrival at a residence, officers discovered 18-year-old Isaiah Joseph Ezekiel Avila suffering from injuries consistent with a gunshot wound.
