In the early morning hours of March 20, 2022, a dispute outside a downtown Flagstaff bar escalated into a fatal shooting that claimed the life of 26-year-old Frankie James Jackson. The incident occurred at approximately 1:00 a.m. near Collins Irish Bar, where a large fight had broken out. During the altercation, Frankie Jackson was shot twice. He was quickly transported to Flagstaff Medical Center but succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
